Bug: Apply to all setting does not apply settings to image selected

Description
The option of selecting 'apply to all' in the rendering settings applies the settings to all of the images in the dataset apart from the image selected.
e.g The blue channel has been turned off > apply to all > all images in the dataset in the central data manager panel have had the blue channel turned off apart from the original image that the settings were pasted from. (See screenshot - it is the last image in the dataset)

The rendering settings are applied, just the thumbnail which is not updated.
