Description
Browsing Images by Tag shows all Tags as "empty" in the tree.
They are trying to load this into the center panel
http://localhost:8000/webclient/load_tags/?view=tree&o_type=tag&o_id=4801
Which appears empty since it is using the 'tree' view.
If I try to view this:
http://localhost:8000/webclient/load_tags/?view=icon&o_type=tag&o_id=4801
it works OK.
Browsing Tagged Projects and Datasets works fine.

Latest changes don't look right when browsing Tag > Project > Dataset > Image. See screenshot.
