BUG: IE8 does not allow access web

Can't use Internet Explorer 8 (Win XP) anymore with the web client since opening the URL http://ome2-copy.fzk.de/webclient/ does not succeed.
It does succeed with another browser e.g Firefox 4 though.

This does not work because of the license put in comment. Removing license helps. We could possibly put license in the {% comment %} tag instead.
