All instructions using the ice 3.3 port have been removed. Instead, a new step ​6. Instal Ice 3.3.1 from Glencoe Software, Inc. has been added, along with instructions for setting ICE_HOME and PYTHONPATH.

Solution only works for 64-bit machines, this was noted at top of page. A better solution for using mac-ports would be good it we can find a consistent working solution.
