Test PG 9.0 install for documentation

Description

For the 4.3.1 release, someone should go through a clean install using PostgreSQL 9.0. if the "bytea_output" setting is required (see #5662 and #5714) then that should be made clear, probably with screenshots, on both the unix and the windows installation pages.

bytea_output is no longer required (tested on bp). Both 9.0 and 9.1 work with no additional configuration required, providing that the PostgreSQL jdbc jar is up to date.
