Description

See #5978 which could not be done for 4.3.1. There's a need to test 9.x install on all platforms, but until we do that, we should clearly state in the install pages that users should know what they're doing to use 9.0.

Added to install pages:

PostgreSQL 8.3 or higher installed and configured with PL/pgSQL and to accept TCP connections. 8.2 may work but is not recommended: See Known Limitations. 8.4 has significantly increased security settings and can be difficult for beginners. 9.0 and above require extended configuration as described under "OMERO and PostgreSQL". We suggest using 8.3 and it is assumed throughout these instructions. See OMERO and PostreSQL for specifics about each version.

Also updated the postgesql page to be more explicit about 9.0
