BUG: Location selector is vanished in some cases

Description
I came across the situation where location selector disappeared. I selected User on the data manager, then right click and choose import, add dataset to the import list, then click Import. Because import failed I wanted to add the same dataset again, but this time data location selector was vanished from the right hand side of the importer and popped up as the separate window.
