"Orphaned container" no longer used

Orphaned container should be removed from the tree view. Instead of that we need new button button on the toolbar that load orphans directly to the tree. That task will also require adjustment in views.py.

Because progressive loading is not supported by jstree component Orphaned container will be still supported.
