Orphaned button in toolbar

Description
Adding new button to toolbar which allows to load orphaned images and append the to tree. Images should be loaded in the standard manner to the central panel as well, including pagination limits.

Because progressive loading is not supported by jstree component Orphaned container will be still supported.
