Metadata panel is loaded to IFrame which is very conviction once someone wants to access images out of context. But this element cause many issues in synchronization between the frame window and top window (tree element, etc). In order to load metadata directly to top window this needs to be replaced.

Some of those tickets requires #7082.

Tickets should be tackled in the order: #6202 and #6212 and #4708, #6192 and #5320, #4470 and #4604, #6193, #6204, #5664
