Plan to integrate OAV with OMERO in several ways:

Web: OAV to open OMERO images (converting to mrc on the fly)
- Convert to mrc, using TiltPicker (DONE)
- Provide scaling to downsample bigger maps. Use scipy.ndimage (DONE)
- Only display "Volume Viewer" option for appropriate-sized images (DONE)
OAV stand-alone client
OAV integrated into Insight
