Bug: Importer - no Original Metadata

Description
Images imported with Importer have no Original Metadata files. Same files imported with Insight DO have Original Metadata. Seems to apply to all file formats (lsm, oib, lei checked) and the images have no file annotations (no annotations at all) - checked in the DB.
