Description

Currently the scripts menu can only be launched from the metadata-general panel, not when multiple images are selected.

For Batch Annotation, need to split the 'Add Comment' from 'Add Tag, File etc, so that 'Add Comment' and Scripts are immediately available with multi-select.

This has been fixed by moving script launching to a right-hand panel toolbar. #6337.
