Example files section with a guide

Create a new section that has a collection of sample/example files and a guide to what is available.
At the moment there are some sample files linked off a few of the documentation pages.
There are other samples you can generate programmatically from bio-formats.
Other samples are in the Specification component.
It would be good to have a page/section explaining what we have, how it was created, where you can get it.

Once collected somewhere, reference in the FAQ in OME-XML & OME-TIFF section which currently has out of dat Trac link plus link to tiff sample data page in Model docs as only locations for sample files.

Is downloads.o.org the appropriate place for this? but if so, what will be the mechanism for reviewing changes?
Should this be moved to 5.0.0(-beta2?)?

I'm not sure as yet where the best place is going to be, but an example file section under downloads seems like it might work as we can easily reference it from all the documentation that way.
Shunting to 5 for now, not sure if I'll get round to it for beta2 unless we want to make it the priority.
