OMERO.blitz should be runnable as a standalone server.

Description

It should be possible to run:

  java -jar blitz-<version>.jar

and have the server start.

Also:

  • Needs better logging.

With r1325 it's now possible to:

  cd OMERO_HOME
  java omero quick install dist
  cd dist/blitz
  java -jar blitz-<version>.jar

It's also possible to debug the standalone server by using:

  java -Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:server=y,transport=dt_socket,address=8787,suspend=n -jar blitz...
