Add tooltips to the OME-XML window in ImageJ

Description
I think it would be really neat if each of the OME-XML nodes/attributes had a tooltip that described the node/attribute. They could just be taken from the descriptions in the schema, but at the very least we would then have the units for physical attributes made easily accessible to users.
I have no idea how difficult this is, but it seems like a good idea (maybe a project for a future hackathon?).

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
This might be more work than we want to put in; a single button that links to the generated schema documentation would be an easier and more maintainable alternative.
