Add OME-TIFF to Batch_Image_Export

Description

This allows the web to export OME-TIFF and also provides useful functionality to others.

If only a single image is exported, don't put it in a Zip file (just attach the ome-tiff).

Will need to assess performance and maybe turn off "Batch" export (only handle single image) if performance hit is bad.
