Description

Currently the JBossService is poorly tested, and in general it's unclear how JBoss and the Ice runtime will share resources. One possible solution is to use AMD and pass the parameters (without serialization) to an EJB3. This will need some investigation.

r1344 disables the JBossService, otherwise it is impossible to run the application server and the standalone OMERO.blitz at the same time.
