Add web scripts testing scenario

This will basically replicate the testing scenario for Insight but may explicitly test some features of scripts in web.

  • Check all parameter types
  • Windows opening etc (especially on IE)
  • In conjunction with delete queues etc

Also include

  • Batch_Image_Export OME-TIFF export
  • Download Archived file
  • Check Split_View_Figure.py in Insight (some changes made).
