RFE: New testing scenario for the Bio-Formats ImageJ plugin

Description
Following on from #6376 and #6377, it would be nice to have a scenario for testing that clicking "Plugins > OME > Download from OME or OMERO" works.
It doesn't have to be anything too detailed at the moment, but this would at least remind me that I have to maintain that plugin and the layers of code underneath it. For now, it can just be something like "start the plugin, type in your OMERO server credentials, and make sure that you see a list of images" (which doesn't work now, but should work once #6377 is closed).
Happy to talk about what else should go in the scenario once both tickets above are closed.
