Description
Currently the color mapping for multi-channel data is a little bit subjective if the emission wavelength for the channel is not present.
The following rules should be adhered to if possible for a given image:
- If the image has a Photometric Interpretation of "Monochrome", emission wavelength should dictate color choice if present.
- If an image with a Photometric Interpretation of "RGB" has a Color Component attached to the given channel then that color should be used.
- If all else fails...
- Channel 0 should be mapped to Red
- Channel 1 should be mapped to Green
- Channel 2 should be mapped to Blue
- If the image only has a single wavelength it should be rendered greyscale
