Description

Demo the new scripts functionality in web.

  • E.g. ROI split Figure (need to set up ROIs, rendering settings, Tags for names etc)
  • Run script, add some parameters E.g. scale bar, label:Dataset
  • Run another script: Batch_Image_Export -> OME-TIFF
  • Status display in webclient -> Activities window
  • Results - View jpg, Browse to attachment
