Review of other schema files.
These are much more patchy. The copyright line in the original (pre 2007) versions
of the sub-schemas is not always consistent.
Most say:
# Copyright (C) 2003 Open Microscopy Environment # Massachusetts Institute of Technology, # National Institutes of Health, # University of Dundee #
But DataHistory.xsd has no copyright line.
From 2007-06-19 all sub-schemas have had copyright lines of the form:
<!-- #~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ # # Copyright (C) 2003-20XX Open Microscopy Environment # Massachusetts Institute of Technology, # National Institutes of Health, # University of Dundee, # University of Wisconsin at Madison # #~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ -->

The current sub-schema do not say "All rights reserved."

Oldest ome.xsd file for the FC schema I can find (2007-03-22@rev9 "Adding copy of the origional files to work from") has following copyright.
Every other version of ome.xsd for the other schema versions I have checked has a block in
the following form. 20XX is the current year of the schema and XXXXX the released month.
I checked the SVN history for the files and it is consistent as far back as they go.
I cannot access the original CVS (if it is still there at all!)
