Add an OME-XML Best Practice page to openmicroscopy.org web site.
"I'm making my own file-format, and I want to use components of OME-XML, how do I do that properly and respect the OME copyright?"
Outline how to include sub-elements correctly.
List on page elements that can be included standalone. (info from #6396)
Stress not copying chunks of the file wholesale.
