Modify import to use only target file

Description
The target file is the only original file that should be linked (apart from companion files) and it should be recognizable during the archiving import stage.

After a recent discussion with Chris, there was a general agreement that we're going to need OriginalFile objects for entires under ManagedRepository, so this ticket is invalid.
