Add support for internal message passing.

Description

It's currently possible to pass messages internally via Spring's ApplicationEvent and ApplicationEventListener classes, using the publishEvent() method on OmeroContext. However, it would be nice to have some extended support for doing this.

r1358 contains a wrapper exception and an abstract super class for internal messaging. A convenience method was also added to OmeroContext.

Though it'd be good to have more requirements on this (especially regarding the thread-safety), this can be closed. See #649 for future discussion.
