Sort status elements in reverse chronological order

Description
It would be nice for the status windows in OMERO.insight and OMERO.web to be sorted in reverse chronological order. Having the most recently performed task, regardless of state, sorted to the top of the listing really helps to reduce the amount of scrolling that has to be performed when someone is doing a larger number of tasks and potentially wants to use the status window as a history.
