VM: Add $TARGET CLI argument specifying trunk or release

The VM scripts currently install the packaged release of OMERO.server but, at least for the Hudson build, should build & install the server from the last successful QA build. Both approaches are necessary:
- QA: for testing of OMERO without rebuilding from SRC every time as this is already done to yield the QA packages
- RELEASE: for demoing OMERO to new users enabling an easy setup experience
