35. Bio-Formats ImageJ Plugin
Implemented for the 4.3.2 release - Pending completion
- Download the latest version of ImageJ
- Download (and install) the ImageJ OMERO plugins both
- loci_tools.jar
- ome_tools.jar
- Select Plugins > OMERO
- Enter in your OMERO server credentials.
- Open Plugins > OME > Download from OMERO (#6598)
- Enter the server details, port, username, password, and image id.
- Click ok
- Select display metadata and autoscale from bio-format import options.
- Ensure the image opens.
