Possibly copy local.properties into EAR file.

Description

Currently, the etc/local.properties file is not copied into the ear because that distributes passwords. If there's no reason not to, it should be copied in to allow the configuration of omero.properties!omero.data.dir (or perhaps that should be in local.properties.example/default)
