BUG: Flex run name inconsistent

Description
If I select 003003000.flex I get an imported plate containing a run with no name (it used the default which is the run number).
If I select "An_01_Me01_KH_081223_Case12_DRAQ5_BK_384(2008-12-23_14-31-25).res" or "Meas_01(2008-12-23_14-31-25).mea" I get an imported plate containing a run with the acquisition time as the run name.
I thought selecting any of these files would read the same dataset.
