The images used were:
- CellSens?/brian/BZ cfos1-2_05.vsi
- CellSens?/brian/Image_28.vsi
- CellSens?/brian/SW10082402-02_21.vsi
- CellSens?/anda/Image_01_V76 K2 11_lung.vsi
The images do import but several black images are shown as well as the thumbnail icon for big images. When you click to open the image
it gives the message "The image could not be opened. The image is not a valid image"

Tested this on a server running locally, with and without the fixes for #6500. Near as I can tell, the pyramids are just not being generated - at least, there is nothing in the log files to suggest that pyramid generation even started.
I don't really know why that would be, though it does occur to me that CellSens? is probably the only multi-file big image format that has a directory structure - the .vsi file contains thumbnails, but then there is usually a directory that contains one or more .ets files with the actual higher resolution pixel data.
CC'ing Chris: does it seem possible that pyramid generation would fail for datasets that have a directory structure that is not completely flat?

(In [a0b7ee35ebf0b361fceb264fa8a8be527db9a818/ome.git] on branch develop) Removing Trestle and CellSens? from FS Lite. (See #6621 and #6631)

The change to remove CellSens? from the FS Lite formats has been largely successful other than causing *extremely* long imports to now be possible for these files in either OMERO.insight or OMERO.importer. Closing as fixed. We will have to bring up the performance issues (also outlined on #6693) at some point.
This is probably a limitation of the RE, more than an import problem.
