Bug: Cannot download jpegs from webclient

After following scenario 21.2 in #6556 I am unable to download the jpeg files generated by the script. I can however view & download the files using insight. In webclient, when the script has completed and I select to view the file I get the message shown in the attached screen capture. When I try to download the image from webclient a file is downloaded but it is unusable.
I am running OS X 10.6.7 and the same behaviour is found using both FireFox? 6 and Safari 5.0.5
I am logging into OMERO.server-4.3.2-DEV-c0c2bdf1-b2810 running on the win2k8 server at 10.2.1.191 using the account szwells

I've definitely seen that was broken, but works for me. I followed 21.2 Test Figure Scripts - Insight AND web and I can't reproduce it with the current version.
