VM: Testing Scenario for OMERO.web on the VM

A testing scenario should be added similar to the existing scenarios for testing OMERO.CLI & OMERO.insight running on the VM.
Testing scenarios are now at the following location:
https://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome/wiki/TestingScenarios/VirtualMachineTesting
The scenarios cover the following:
- Appliance Import
- Virtualised OMERO.server testing (in VM) using OMERO.insight (in host)
- Virtualised OMERO.server testing (in VM) using OMERO.CLI & SSH (from host)
