Consistency of the position of the cursor dialog

Description

The consistency of where the cursor dialog starts is different between the web and insight.

Starting the cursor from the left seems to be most natural and consistent with other applications so the scripts will need to be altered to ensure the cursor dialog starts from the left.

Open a script with some numerical value to populate e.g. Movie ROI figure
Make sure the cursor is on the left hand side, not on the right.
