Comment: If you save ROI to the server (generated by BoxIt? in my case), and then if you try to modify it, somehow the ROI does not update properly. I had this problem before (around March 25, see previous comment I made in your tickets) - does not seem fixed

Clarification:

BoxIt generates an xml file with roi.
Upload file to server using the measurement tools.
Propagate shape:
- propagation before saving roi back to server. No problem when analysing data with one the others matlad script.
- save then propagate. Error index out of bounce.

I think I understand what is happening. Even if it is indicated that the roi file is not compatible, the roi is displayed and save back on z section that potentially do not exist.
