Description

Aim for the EM Databank to use the OMERO web image viewer to display tomograms. Initial target is a demo at the end of September using mage. This can be linked by EMDB demo.

Main tasks:

Tweak the appearance of the image viewer, removing references to multi-channels etc
Provide a nice url. E.g /tomogram/<emdb-entry> and look up the Image by name
Improve the auto-login (not required for demo)
Need workaround for small floating point pixel ranges (not required for demo)
