Edit html to customise UI for tomogram viewer.

No save or reset options (handled by read-only permissions)
Remove Colour vv greyscale AND colour chooser
Remove 'split channel' option
Pixels Sizes in Angstroms
Remove 'Size T'
Remove 'Owner: '
Remove 'Invert Z/T axis' (handled by read-only)
Remove T position
Remove 'show ROIs'

Final html tweaks for the image-viewer customisation
