Description
Launching the Insight Importer from the toolbar generates the UI with Project and Dataset choosers in the top right, instead of using the pop-up chooser.
The pop-up chooser is not displayed when images are added to the queue.

Couple of points:
- Seems that the pop-up to choose Project/Dataset? is never displayed now. This seems like we're back to the main problem that guys in our lab were complaining about before: You choose 'Import', you choose an image and hit '>' and then you realise that it's been added to the wrong Project / Dataset in the queue.
- If I select a Dataset in the tree before hitting the 'Import' button in the toolbar, the selection is ignored. I get Project: 'No Project' and Datast 'New from folder'.

For second point, are you sure you are running the latest code? I did not notice the problem
I have no strong opinion, just the fact that the 2 UI can potentially confuse users.

My preference is we leave it exactly as it was for the last release. People seem to like it, we have had positive feedback from most users. Has anyone complained about the 2 UIs?
Changing something this critical should probably be avoided unless we have a compelling reason.

I will review that code, later on.
By most users, you mean "users from the lab" otherwise we received 2 comments: martin positive and another user complained.
