The web currently shows a single ROI on one channel in the split view, as this is currently not shown in insight it will need to be corrected.

This view of the ROI's in a split view does provide a useful feature and so a full investigation into how this can be implemented is a secondary requirement for this fix.
The implementation of this must correspond to any development in insight see ticket #6758
