Description
If the server is down, then when clicking on "logout" there's a ~2 minute hang for the user. In the logs, there's first a ConnectionTimeoutException and then possibly a server not full initialized if it's coming back up. In otherwords, webgateway is trying to log back in when the server is down. This may point to a larger issue in error handling.

If omero server is shut down webclient will take you imminently to the login page. There is no delay. Tested with both dev and apache. I tried that against my branch based on develop.
Ola, what do you mean it works for you? Did you try against develop (i.e. v.4.3.3) or against one of your new branches? If so, which one?
