Don't display Vol Viewer for multi-C images

Description
Comment from Imperial training day was that many users were clicking on the Volume Viewer for non EM images, expecting to get the whole image rendered in 3D.
The Open Astex Viewer is currently only suitable for viewing single channel images (only the first channel is used). Should be turned off for multi-channel images.
