Description
The Activites dialog currently triggers the popup blocker on MSIE 8 and MSIE 9. When the popup blocker is triggered the script runner dialog does not close and the browser appears to attempt to download the JSON result into the browser. Once the popup blocker is disabled (temporarily or permanently) the dialog does not refresh and clicking "Refresh" has no affect.

The activities window is being moved into a popup <div> within the main webclient window, solving any pop-up blocker issues. See branch http://github.com/will-moore/openmicroscopy/tree/activities_panel
