Description

Since 4.3.x, possible to import from insight.
Now possible to build an importer as a standalone application from the insight code base (see #6653).
Code on github currently under review.

Decision to take about the current importer, this should speed up the testing phase and improve code maintenance.

Everything has been ported excluding the import history (never really worked). The importer will be marked see #8018
