Description
Measurement tool seems to take account of the zoom level when it is launched but does not update when zoom level is subsequently changed.

At this step of zooming out and then attempting to draw the selection tool around the ROI's that had been drawn, the selection was constrained to the title the ROI was drawn on. I have attached an image to the ticket to clearly demonstrate this.
Could you clarify the sentence 'to draw the selection tool around the ROI's that had been drawn, the selection was constrained to the title the ROI was drawn on'?
