Handle Affine Transform

Description
Affine transforms, saved by Insight on rotated ellipses, needs to be handled when drawing roi thumbnails. May also cause bugs with the bounding box (moving to selected shape).

Since the bounding box is in the correct place (move to shape works OK), the only bug is the generation of roi-thumbnails. This is very minor bug but tricky to fix. Leaving for now.

Do we really want to do that?
We have tickets to support the ROI model. That might be a better option.
