This is umbrella ticket for handling login process and redirection.
If user allows the web to time out:

for XHR Request (ajax), should be asked to complete the login screen in popup box and complete the action as usual,
for other Requests, should be asked to complete the login screen then gets to the previous location.

This requires #7082
