Fix parsing of newest ND2 files

Description
Files generated with very, very recent versions of NIS Elements contain non-backwards-compatible changes. The image width and height, for instance, are stored completely differently, as I suspect are other critical pieces of metadata.
See for example data/nd2/barseno/.
