Provide update scripts from Beta1 and Beta2 to OMERO3:4

Description

The current database is known as OMERO3__4 (see source:trunk/etc/omero.properties@1556). Upgrade scripts are needed from OMERO3__2 and OMERO3__3 (see source:trunk/sql/VERSIONS.txt@1556 for more)

r1583 cleans up the previous script.

r1584 combines them into a single transaction. Tested against valewalker dump.
