Description
Fluorescence .ndpi datasets can have an .ndpis companion file that describes which .ndpi files belong together and which channel(s) from each file are valid. When present, this file should be parsed and the channel information/file grouping should be respected.
See example dataset in data/hamamatsu/philippe/fluorescence/.
